3-day course at Mullingar Educate Together National School
22nd, 23rd & 24th May 2009

Friday 22nd 7.30 pm - 10.00 pm
Saturday 23rd 10.00 am - 4.00 pm
Sunday 24th 11.00 am - 1.00 pm

You will learn how to bake:
* Sourdough (Natural Yeast) bread.
* ‘No-knead’ bread (Amazing results for minimal effort!).
* ‘Artisan’-style bread in a bread-machine.
* Pizza.
Cost: €90 (All materials & Lunch on Saturday included)
